Delete your account and data

How to ask for deletion: write to totemescape.support@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my account” and your account id. You find the id in the game: gear on the home screen → Account & Controls → the line at the bottom of the screen. We delete the account within 7 days and confirm by reply.

What is deleted

Your game progress: levels, stars, coins, torches, collection, daily gift and challenge progress.
Your name for friends, invite code, invite links and friends list.
Your league results and game events tied to your account.

What is kept

Purchase records, in anonymised form, for as long as needed to answer a payment dispute and meet tax obligations (up to 5 years).

Deleting the game from your phone does not delete your account. See also the Privacy Policy.
