These terms are an agreement between you and Solovo LLC (“we”) about the Totem Escape game. By playing you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play Totem Escape for your own entertainment. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or modify the game, or use cheats, bots or exploits.
Coins, torches, artifacts, league rewards and other in-game items have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred outside the game. You receive a licence to use them in the game. We may change their prices, amounts and how they work to keep the game balanced.
Purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their terms. All purchases are final except where the law or the store’s refund policy says otherwise; refunds are handled by the store. If a purchase does not arrive, write to totemescape.support@gmail.com and we will fix it.
Weekly leagues group you with other players. To keep leagues lively, some league participants may be computer-controlled. Names you choose must not be offensive or impersonate others; we may change or remove such names. Invite rewards are for real friends; we may withhold rewards obtained by fake accounts or other abuse.
The game shows ads. Optional reward videos give in-game rewards; the reward depends on the video being completed.
The game creates an account for you automatically. Keep your account key (Settings) if you want to restore progress on another phone. You can delete your account at any time — see how to delete your account.
We may update the game, change or end features, or stop the game. We will try to give notice of significant changes.
The game is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
